DMC Stables is open from 7:30am to 10pm daily. We are conveniently located in Springbank, just west of Calgary and a short 20 minute drive from Cochrane. A picturesque facility that has undergone multiple exciting upgrades in the last 4 years. We work hard to keep the facility looking great for our boarders and safe for our equine partners.
Indoor Arena
Our indoor arena measures at 60’ x 160’ and had several exciting upgrades done in 2019 and 2020.
Those upgrades include a brand new roof with skylights that provide amazing natural light. We also put in new led lights as well as extensive improvements to the footing in 2020.
Outdoor Arena
Our beautiful outdoor arena measures at 180’ x 110’. With an outline of trees and beautiful mountain views it provides an ideal atmosphere for outdoor riding.
Outdoor Grass Ring
We have recently added a grass ring which is beautifully manicured and accents fun hills.
Off Property Riding
Though limited, we do have some off-property riding options. We have a 20 meter fenced riding track that leads out to 20 acres of beautiful crown land with great endurance hills.
There also is ditch riding around Lariat Loop and in the neighboring communities available.
Barn
We have a cozy 6 stall barn which boasts, 2 alleyways for tacking up, tack lockers, and a feed storage stall. We also have a beautiful and warm viewing room that includes a heated bathroom, kitchenette and comfy couches. We use this area for small parties, clinic lectures or just a place to hang out and clean tack!
